most enjoyable - and liked the improvements, especially the elimination of the background music. Thank you. Good combination of news and op.ed. and relating current Japanese events to U.S. and world. I look forward to #3.

Good podcast. Very informative and good topics.

Beautify Japan? Lady Bird Johnson is still alive and may be looking for a job. All you need is a guy dressed to look like a native Japanese looking at the cement jungles with a tear running down his cheek.

As for Tokyo, you don’t find cement and neon beautiful?

Ha-ha! I like it. Although people might feel misled - so many TV dramas involve jilted young lovers crying in front of the neon. They’d wait for the new series, “Beautify the Country” that never starts. Maybe it could be an Ainu - that’d throw a cog in the works. The possibilities are endless.
