They'd wait for the new series, &quot;Beautify the Country&quot; that never starts. Maybe it could be an Ainu - that'd throw a cog in the works.  The possibilities are endless.</description>

Beautify Japan? Lady Bird Johnson is still alive and may be looking for a job.  All you need is a guy dressed to look like a native Japanese looking at the cement jungles with a tear running down his cheek.  

As for Tokyo, you don't find cement and neon beautiful?</description>
