					<description>I think you're right, Ken.  I think the shape this NSC thing takes will be important, too.  I say June because I think Koizumi's resurfacing in a diplomatic coup might be helpful to the LDP in the run-up to the upper house elections.</description>

I think Koizumi is one of the few in the room who realizes that the abductee issue is getting in the way of Japan being able to do any sort of diplomacy.</description>
