Since I moved in, it's gone downhill - English magazines in the garbage and other horrors. The best thing about Debito is not the publicity he gives to discrimination, although that's good and necessary, but that his site is actually a useful source of factual information. Rather than just compiling anecdotes to show that racism goes on, he does his research - finding relevant laws, etc. What I’d like is a book that tells me what to do about foreign crime in my neighborhood. I don't that is the case at all. I am really glad that we have a guy like him to points out things like "Japanese Only" because it helps get the point across that that kind of thinking is just wrong... We need more people like debito and I myself would like to read this gaijin crime files book...
