Roots bought its shares in late July/early August. 10 million shares on July 20, 12 million on July 29, sold 3 million later that day, sold 11 million on August 10. Why wasn't Roots named by the media? The information is public on who buys more than a 5% stake in publicly traded companies. Under what authority is Saruhashi even employed by Nova at this point? He can't own more than 4.99% of the shares.
